Biography/Blurb

Maggie Collins has a master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and 12 years of experience in the personnel testing field. Her primary experience is in conducting job analyses and developing examinations and assessment instruments for selection, certification, and performance management. Her responsibilities also include creating and managing project budgets; collecting data from interviews, literature research, surveys, and focus groups; and analyzing small and large datasets for validity research. Her work is primarily conducted on behalf of professional associations and both civil and military government organizations.
