Biography/Blurb

Dr. Matt Allen has over five years of experience conducting basic and applied research. Since joining HumRRO in October 2007, Dr. Allen has provided data analytic support for projects with the Army, Air Force, Department of Labor, and the California Architects Board. His areas of expertise include project management, data analysis, metric development, job analysis, leadership, and training design. He has a doctorate in Industrial/Organizational (I-O) Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
