Biography/Blurb

Dr. Bradley’s expertise is in the area of test development and validation. His primary areas of research and experience are in the development, administration, and maintenance of job knowledge tests; the implementation of job analysis and competency modeling projects; and the validation of personality tests and structured interviews for making employee selection and promotion decisions. In addition, he has extensive experience managing complex databases and utilizing various statistical analysis techniques. He has conducted and presented research in job analysis and the use of structured interviews and personality inventories in employment decision making, and the impact of faking on the psychometric properties of personality inventories. He earned his master's degree from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and his Ph.D. from Virginia Tech.
