Biography/Blurb

Dr. Jennifer L. Geimer, has expertise in developing and validating personnel selection and performance assessments (e.g., assessment center exercises, behavioral performance rating scales), job analysis, and competency modeling. Dr. Geimer also has considerable experience with data analysis and technical writing. She has actively presented her research at professional conferences and has published several articles and book chapters on topics such as structured interviews, work meetings, and occupational stress and health. She received her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Bowling Green State University, with a specialization in occupational health psychology.
