Biography/Blurb

Dr. John P. Campbell, Principal Scientist, is a nationally acclaimed Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. In addition to being a principal scientist at HumRRO, he is professor and chair of psychology and industrial relations at the University of Minnesota. From 1974 to 1982, Dr. Campbell served as associate editor and then editor of the Journal of Applied Psychology. He was principal scientist for the Army's Project A/Building the Career Force research program - a large-scale, multi-year research program intended to develop an improved selection and classification system for initial assignment of persons to U.S. Army occupations. He is currently actively engaged in a project to help the Army address its future enlisted personnel selection and classification needs.
