Biography/Blurb

Dr. Cathy Stawarski, joined HumRRO in 1987. She has over 25 years of experience working in the area of performance improvement with a variety of audiences.  Her current work is focused on training development and evaluation (including instructor-led, e-learning, and mobile learning). Her interests include the use of social media for instruction and public awareness campaigns.  Dr. Stawarski has directed several projects designed to develop detailed evaluation strategies using the Phillips ROI Methodology to evaluate training and development programs. Dr. Stawarski has made numerous conference presentations focused on training evaluation. She holds a Ph.D. in Child and Family Development from the University of Georgia and a Multimedia Development Certificate from the Graduate School of Education at George Mason University. She is a certified practitioner in the Phillips ROI Methodology and co-author of Evaluating mLearning (2010) and “Data Collection: Planning and Collecting All Types of Data” (2008).
