Biography/Blurb

Dr. Cheryl Paullin has more than 20 years of experience in development, validation, and implementation of assessment measures and personnel systems. She has conducted numerous, often highly complex job analysis studies, designed and developed a variety of assessment tools, conducted content and criterion-related validation studies, developed rating and performance evaluation systems, and consulted on policy and implementation issues. She has also directed several projects that involved working within or fulfilling the terms of a Consent Decree.

Dr. Paullin earned her doctorate in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Minnesota.
