Biography/Blurb

Cesar Nader has over 20 years of military experience in operations planning and supply chain management (military logistics) managing teams and organizational elements of different sizes within the U.S. Marine Corps. His background as a leader and developer of practical business strategies, financial restructuring and manpower solutions are the trademark of his military career. He has extensive experience in project management, organization reengineering, and staff development. In his capacity as the Marine Corps Program Manager for Language and Classification Testing Control section, he was the senior policy advisor on language and classification testing and a member of the Manpower Accession Policy Working Group (MAPWG).

Cesar Nader holds BA degrees in Business Administration, Managerial Accounting and Computer Information Systems as well as minors in Economics and Finance from Norwich University. He has two Masters from NPS in Business Management and Supply Chain Management. He is bilingual in Spanish with an ILS score of 4 and lower linguistics capabilities in French and Italian.
