The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation maintains an active training program to ensure that its professional staff remains current on the laws and regulations that govern its work. HumRRO worked with PBGC to develop an intermediate- to advanced-level Controlled Groups Audits course. The goal of this course is to provide auditors, new attorneys, and pension law specialists with an advanced level of knowledge for the purpose of identifying controlled groups.
