The people of HumRRO

From the time HumRRO's final Army sole-source contract ended in 1975, we have always been a relatively small company. Currently there are approximately 130 full-time research and administrative staff. Our size makes it easier to get know one another. Further, with advances in technology, the ability of HumRROvians to collaborate across offices has increased, further promoting a sense of one. We come from many different ethnic/racial and educational backgrounds, which helps us maintain a sense of balance and openness to the ideas of others.

A testament to the sense of belonging HumRRO engenders is the longevity of many of its staff members. Several recent retirees each had over 30 years with the company. Over 40% of our current staff have been with the company more than ten years. Thus there are many opportunities for those with greater experience to mentor those just starting out, not only in the technical aspects of their work, but in the HumRRO culture as well.
